Welcome to VG OnDemand. Our services are designed to provide on-demand administrative support. By using VG OnDemand, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any of the terms outlined, please refrain from using our platform and services.

To ensure the quality of the VG OnDemand experience we have set up our terms of service for our mutual benefit. Violation of the terms of service may result in termination of your account. Your VG OnDemand account is non-transferable, meaning you cannot transfer ownership of your account to another person.

Branding & Affiliation

VG OnDemand is a specialized service under the Virtual Gurus brand. All virtual assistants supporting VG OnDemand users are contracted through The Virtual Gurus, a leading provider of virtual assistance solutions. By using VG OnDemand, you are engaging with a specialized branch of Virtual Gurus’ suite of virtual assistance solutions.

Respectful Interaction 

Your interactions with our virtual assistants should remain professional and courteous at all times. Violation of these guidelines can result in an account review, suspension, or termination:

  • Abusive Behavior: This includes shouting, derogatory language, or any form of verbal mistreatment.
  • Vulgar Language: Avoid making inappropriate remarks or comments, using profanity, or sharing offensive materials.
  • Obscene Content: Refrain from sharing or discussing content that’s sexually explicit or inappropriate in a professional context.
  • Threats: Any form of harm, intimidation, or coercion towards our virtual assistants or team members is strictly prohibited.

Content Guidelines 

You are responsible for the content you submit. Ensure that your submissions:

  • Do not infringe on third-party intellectual property or copyright.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Are not defamatory or libelous.

You further agree to use VG OnDemand for lawful purposes only. You agree that any treatment of our virtual assistants that we deem abusive, vulgar, obscene or threatening will result in your account immediately being closed.

Your Personal Data

  • Data Collection: We prioritize your privacy. The essential data we collect includes your name, phone number, email address, industry, and postal code. Your credit card information, although required for payment, is not stored by VG OnDemand or Canadian Virtual Gurus.
  • Data Usage & Protection: Canadian Virtual Gurus, as the official data controller, safeguards your data. We utilize your data to enhance our services, for marketing, training, and statistical purposes. Occasionally, we might share your data with trusted business partners while ensuring its utmost protection.
  • Data Retention: We hold your data for 24 months from the end of our agreement. However, you can request its deletion at any time during this period.
  • Your Rights: You can withdraw, correct, or delete your data. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

To uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, all our virtual assistants sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before they commence work with our clients. This ensures that any sensitive information you share during your engagement with VG OnDemand and our virtual assistants remains strictly confidential. Any breach of this agreement by our assistants will be treated with utmost seriousness and will be subject to legal action.

We understand the value of your business’s proprietary and confidential information, and we are committed to ensuring that this trust is never compromised. VG OnDemand Services

VG OnDemand facilitates task-based work by virtual assistants from The Virtual Gurus. To access and benefit from VG OnDemand services, users are required to log into their VG OnDemand workspace. Within the workspace, clients can draft and hand off tasks directly to their designated Productivity Assistant. Tasks are then performed by virtual assistants. 

Guarantee & Warranty

While the VG OnDemand app does not provide a warranty on completed tasks or projects, our commitment is to ensure user satisfaction. You are invoiced only after you’ve had the opportunity to review and approve completed tasks, ensuring you agree with the quality of the work provided. If you haven’t had a chance to review and either approve or request changes to your tasks within 5 business days, we’ll take it as a sign that you’re happy with our work and mark the tasks as approved. This way, we can keep things moving and continue to assist you with your administrative needs. 

We’re not liable for any inaccuracies or mistakes in the results or information provided.

Account Cancellations & Termination

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your VG OnDemand account at any time.
  • Termination by VG OnDemand: We reserve the right to terminate services for any user. If this happens, we’ll refund for any unused tasks. Termination might occur due to reasons like mistreatment of a Virtual Assistant or other team members.

Data Rights and Protection

Virtual Gurus has the utmost respect for our customers’ privacy and information protection. We strive to stay ahead of the curve, despite the ever-changing regulatory environment. Virtual Gurus and its contractors will not be held liable for any data breach or lost data of their clients.

Right to Data Access 

You can log into your profile to access and download all your files.

Changes to Terms of Service 

We may periodically update these terms. Users will be notified of any significant changes through email or website notifications.
